About Us
We work with the most talented progressive campaign and public service staff in the country and provide them an ambitious one-year, paid fellowship in Washington, D.C. LOFT brings together experts from the political realm, the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business for classroom learning, MBA-style real-world simulations and skills application experiences, networking, and coaching to help advance our program participants' careers.
